Enrolment
To apply for an enrolment at Papatoetoe Central School you must live within our school zone. Please check the zone boundaries below:
You will then have to produce the following documents along with the enrolment forms below:
- Two recent copies of the parents/caregivers proof of address from the following: Power account, Landline telephone account, Tenancy Agreement, IRD correspondence, Work and Income correspondence.
- Your child’s New Zealand Birth Certificate OR if born overseas your child’s passport stamped with “Permanent Residency or “Student Visa” plus birth certificate from country of birth and Parent’s Work Visas. (Original copies NOT a photocopy)
- Copy of your child’s Immunisation Certificate signed by your Doctor (This can be obtained from your family Doctor free of charge)
You must fully complete all forms below and they must be returned to the school office at least one full day prior to starting. Please note students start school on MONDAYS only.
Out of Zone Enrolments
For the 2018 school year the Board of Trustees have decided to accept siblings of existing students only. If there are more Out of Zone applications than places available, a ballot will be held on Wednesday, 6 September 2017.
All applicants will be advised after this date of the outcome.
You must apply on the appropriate forms that are available here or at our School Office.
The out of zone enrolments need to be completed and returned to the school office by closing date of Wednesday 30th August 2017.
